By accessing or using Vayro, you accept these Terms and agree to follow them each time you use the Service.
3. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, and creative-practice purposes. Do not misuse the app, interfere with operations, or submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material.
4. Accounts and Device Access
You remain responsible for the account, device access methods, and activity connected to your use of the Service.
5. Imported Images, Notes, and Practice Materials
You keep ownership of the images, notes, and related materials you import or create. You authorize Vayro to process them only as needed to operate review, storage, purchase, support, and related service features.
6. Critique Credits and Purchases
Critique credits are optional consumable digital items delivered through Apple in-app purchases. They are not redeemable for cash, and refund or restore handling is subject to applicable law and Apple platform rules.
7. Review Guidance and Output Limits
Vayro is a private composition review and practice tool. Its review outputs, markers, and diagnostic notes are creative guidance only and must not be treated as identity analysis, beauty scoring, professional certification, legal advice, medical advice, or safety-critical decision support.
8. Availability and Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including review flows, reference records, optional purchases, and support pathways.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, content accuracy, or specific results and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
