1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate Vayro, complete the workflows you request, and support account, purchase, and review activity.

Study images you choose to capture or import for composition review or reference records
Audio notes you record during review or practice tracking
Practice notes, reference entries, and saved workflow details you choose to keep in the app
Purchase records and transaction metadata needed to deliver critique credits
Basic device, session, and support information needed to keep the service reliable

2. How We Use Information

We use information to run composition review flows, maintain reference and practice records, process purchases, respond to support requests, and keep the app stable and available.

3. Permissions and User-Initiated Access

Camera, photo-library, microphone, and tracking permissions are requested only when you initiate the related action inside the app.

Camera access is used when you capture a frame for a session or review record
Photo-library access is used when you import a study image or supporting reference
Microphone access is used when you record an in-app audio note
Tracking permission helps measure session reliability, purchase delivery, and release stability

4. Purchases and Critique Credits

If you choose to buy critique credits, purchase processing is handled through Apple and the App Store. We use related transaction data to confirm, deliver, restore, and support those credits.

5. Service Providers and Network Processing

When needed to operate review processing, linked policy pages, or related support flows, Vayro may transmit selected service data to external providers that support the app. Observed network hosts in the current build include ark.cn-beijing.volces.com and stately.vayro.uno.

6. Retention and Deletion

Saved references, practice notes, and related records remain available until you remove them or ask for account-related deletion where applicable. Purchase, support, and reliability records may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

7. Your Choices

You can manage permissions in system settings, avoid optional purchase flows, remove saved materials from the app, and contact support if you need help with policy or data questions.
